BJMP to get plane for transporting high-value criminals

President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday said he would provide a plane to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) for the safe transport of high-value criminals. Citing security reasons especially in Mindanao, Duterte said he would purchase the plane for BJMP before the year ends. The President made the pronouncement during the send-off ceremony for 250 newly purchased transport vehicles for BJMP at Camp Vicente Lim in Calamba, Laguna.
